INGREDIENTS

🥨 Pretzel Dough
• 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
• 2 ¼ teaspoons active dry yeast (1 packet)
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 cup warm water (110°F / warm but not hot)
• 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 1 tablespoon vegetable or olive oil

🧀 Beer Cheese Sauce (Thick & Creamy)
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 cup beer (lager or pale ale – not bitter)
• 1 cup whole milk
• 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
• Salt & black pepper (to taste)

🥩 Smoked Brisket Filling
• 2 cups smoked brisket (finely chopped)
• 2 tablespoons BBQ sauce (optional but recommended)

🧂 Baking Soda Bath
• 10 cups water
• ⅔ cup baking soda
