Chocolate Peanut Clusters

1. Melt the chocolate:
Roughly chop the milk, dark, and white chocolate and place them together in a large heatproof bowl. Melt over a double boiler (water bath) or gently in a saucepan on low heat, stirring constantly until smooth and glossy.
Alternatively, microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.

2. Stir in the peanuts:
Once the chocolate is fully melted, add the peanuts (and optionally, the marshmallows or chopped nuts). Mix well until all the peanuts are evenly coated in chocolate. Add vanilla extract and a pinch of salt, if desired.

3. Portion the clusters:
Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Use a tablespoon or small ice cream scoop to place small mounds of the chocolate-peanut mixture onto the tray.
The shape doesn’t have to be perfect – the irregularity is part of their charm!

4. Let them cool:
Let the clusters rest at room temperature for 1–2 hours, or refrigerate for about 30 minutes until completely set.

5. Serve or store:
Once hardened, the chocolate peanut clusters can be served immediately or stored in an airtight container. Kept in a cool place, they’ll stay fresh for several weeks.

Bonus Tip:
For a festive version, you can top the still-soft clusters with colorful sprinkles, chopped pistachios, or coarse sea salt. This not only adds more flavor but also gives them a decorative flair.

Conclusion:
These chocolate peanut clusters are a must for every chocolate fan. Easy to make, endlessly adaptable, and absolutely addictive. Whether for snacking, gifting, or as a treat to bring along – they’re always a hit!
